This project was taken from concept to completion with drafted floor plans, elevations and technical drawings, to obtain planning permission and building regulations. In order to visualise and support the application, 3D drawings were also submitted.
As requested by the client, a contemporary standing seam cladding was chosen, allowing a sharp contrast between the conservatory / dining room extension and the existing dwelling. Furthermore, the standing seam exterior is softened by the timber cladding, in context to the rural landscape.
